Delicious sage butter with pasta from the garden last night. Just finely mince the sage, cook in plenty of butter and add a golollop of honey to take away the bitterness of the sage. Serve with plenty of parmesan
Our cupboards were totally bare and trying not to run round to Co-op every time we need to eat, so this was a real life-saver. Thanks fab herb-growers x
